The North Park community is designed around a 5-acre public park, the only one of its kind in all of Northern California, and includes three business centers, two conference rooms, seven pools, seven spas, five gyms and four club rooms – two with gourmet kitchens, libraries and billiard rooms. The Laurels includes 535 apartment homes with 12 outdoor courtyards that include fountains and gas barbecues throughout. |
