These projects are a sampling of the many that we have built over the course of thirty years. They include high-end hotels plus examples of the urban in-fill multi-family apartment projects for which we are known. As you will see from the photos, these are large projects. Podium decks typically cover the entire site - acres of podium -- with parking below out of sight and inviting living space above. All structural and mechanical requirements for the future building are anticipated in the podium. Cans are installed for every line of plumbing to every place that water will go and for all drainage. Penetrations have been included for heating and ventilation systems and there are sleeves in place for all the electrical conduits. This is the level of precision that that we coordinate from the hole in the ground to the roof.
