The Metropolitan at Cupertino is slated for completion in September of 2006. Moreland, Mercer and Esprit Park are in various stages of construction. The Van Ness project was completed in 2002 by a related entity. These projects are all for-sale housing, all podium projects requiring precise coordination, exacting execution and high-end finishes.
